Web Designer (1 position)
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts.
- Design web page elements, including banners, icons, and interactive features.
- Develop site navigation by categorizing content and funnelling traffic through content optimisation
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
- Implement intuitive and effective user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX).
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve usability.
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for new features.
- Ensure websites are accessible and meet web standards.
- Work closely with developers to integrate design into the website.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align website content with overall strategy.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
- Regularly update and maintain website content.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
- Monitor and analyse site performance and user feedback to drive improvements.
- Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
Minimum Salary: £38,700
Working hours: 37.5 / Week
Qualifications & Skills
A degree is desirable but not required. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of web design experience, including proficiency in Photoshop.
The candidate must be capable of managing an existing website and should have expertise in Google Ads, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and Google Analytics. Additionally, the ability to quickly learn new tasks is essential. Experience in printing-related work is also preferred.
Business Support Manager (1 position)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement efficient operational procedures to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by CEO.
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of internal and external communications.
- Ensure all office equipment and facilities are properly maintained and operational.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with the client.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies.
Minimum Salary: £38,700
Working hours: 37.5 / Week
Qualifications & Skills
